Contact Support ↗Frequently Asked Questions
Can a ballistic helmet stop a bullet?
The helmet has been independently tested per NIJ 0106.01 / Level IIIA for handgun threats and tested for fragment effects (STANAG 2920). Helmets significantly reduce injury risk, but cannot completely exclude trauma in all scenarios.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your head circumference just above the ears and approximately 2–3 cm above the eyebrows. The universal size M/L (55–67 cm) is fine-tuned via the pad set and 4-point retention system.
Is civilian purchase legal in the EU?
Laws vary by country. Please check your local regulations before ordering. Contact us if you need confirmation of shipping eligibility to your country.
How do returns work?
Returns within 30 days are possible. The product must be unused, unmodified and undamaged. Please contact support to initiate the return process.
How does shipping work within the EU?
Shipped from EU warehouse with VAT included and no customs within the EU. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
Is the helmet compatible with NVG mounts and headsets?
Yes. The high-cut design and included NVG mount are specifically designed for compatibility with standard NVG mounts and communications headsets (3M Peltor, Sordin, Ops-Core AMP, Earmor and more). No modification required.
