- Ballistic products – Goods whose description includes a ballistic protection level, standard (e.g. NIJ) or ballistic resistance.

- Total price – the sum of the Price and the Shipping cost.
- Order – your binding proposal to conclude a Contract with the Seller for the purchase of Goods.

- Online store – our e-shop operated at www.unitacprotection.com.
3. Scope of business
UNITAC™ PROTECTION s.r.o. sells sporting, tactical and protective equipment within the European Union. We serve both end customers – Consumers (B2C) – and business customers (B2B).
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are not military material, weapons or ammunition under special regulations. Certifications, standards and ballistic ratings are always specified for the individual product.
4. Contract conclusion & orders
4.1 How the Contract is formed
The Contract is concluded at a distance via the online store, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, using remote communication means.
- In the online store you select the Goods and add them to the cart using the “Add to cart” button.
- In the cart you choose your shipping method and payment method and enter your identification and contact details.
- Before submitting the Order, you can review and correct all entered data.
- You submit the Order by clicking a button such as “ORDER WITH PAYMENT OBLIGATION”. By doing so you:
- confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, and
- make a binding proposal to conclude the Contract with us.
4.2 Order confirmation
After sending your Order, you first receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your Order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your offer; it only confirms receipt.
Once we have checked product availability and your data, we will send you a further email confirming the Order. The Contract between you and us is concluded at the moment this confirmation email is delivered.
4.3 Rejection or cancellation of Orders
- we suspect fraud, misuse of payment instruments or a violation of legal regulations,
- the Goods are unavailable or their purchase price has materially changed at our suppliers,
- there is an obvious error in the Price (e.g. missing digit, 0-price, price clearly out of line with usual levels).
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to supply the Goods at the incorrect Price, even if you have already received an Order confirmation. We will contact you, offer the Goods at the correct Price, and the Contract will only be concluded if you accept that offer.
5. User account
You may register a User account in our online store, from which you can view your order history, manage your data and use a faster checkout.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information and update it without undue delay whenever it changes.
- Access to your account is protected by a username and password; you are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential.
- The User account is personal and must not be shared or made available to third parties.
- We may cancel the account, in particular if it has been inactive for a longer period or is being used contrary to these Terms or the law.
6. Price, payment & retention of title
6.1 Price and Total price
Prices of Goods in the online store are shown including VAT and all statutory charges. The Total price is always displayed in the cart before you submit the Order, including Shipping cost.
6.2 Accepted payment methods
- card payments via payment gateway,
- PayPal and other available digital wallets,
- bank transfer,
- other payment methods where offered in the cart.

6.3 Retention of title
Title to the Goods passes to the Buyer only upon full payment of the Total price and handover of the Goods.
