Returns, Warranty, and Exchanges

If you want to return a product, make a warranty claim, or request an exchange, the entire process is simple and transparent. We follow all legal deadlines but always strive to act faster and with flexibility. Please notify us by email when filing a claim, and we will guide you through the whole process.

Please do not send shipments as cash on delivery – we do not accept COD parcels.

Returns – 14 Days

In line with current legislation, you are entitled to return goods within 14 days of delivery.

Warranty Claims

If you are making a claim due to a material or manufacturing defect, please email us at contact@unitacprotection.com.

We will assess the product and, if the claim is justified, we will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price.

Confirmation & Resolution

  • You will receive confirmation of receipt by email or in writing (no later than 3 business days after delivery).
  • Claims are processed without unnecessary delay, no later than 30 days after receipt – usually much faster.
